These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://saveyourfamily.org (the "Site") and purchases of the Save Your Family Kit and the PrepKit app from Arvio Hive LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to purchase from the Site.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe products, contents and prices accurately. Product images are for illustration. If we find an error in a description or price after you order, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The total price, including product price, shipping and any applicable tax, is shown at checkout before you pay. We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Billing and one-time purchases

Orders on this Site are one-time purchases. You are charged once, for the total shown at checkout, and nothing renews. See our Billing Terms, which form part of these Terms.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Safety disclaimer

The Save Your Family Kit and the PrepKit app provide general emergency-preparedness tools and information. Nothing on the Site or in the app is medical or professional emergency advice. In an emergency, call 911. Please read our Safety & Preparedness Disclaimer.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit reviews, photos or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them in connection with our business. You confirm the content is truthful, your own, and does not violate anyone's rights.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in the PrepKit app, including text, images, logos and videos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, to resell products without our written permission, to submit fraudulent orders or chargebacks, or to interfere with the Site's operation.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in our policies, the Site, app and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site, app or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally. Any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the "Last updated" date.
