Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 US states. Orders arrive in 1–5 business days. Standard shipping is free on every order.

1. Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped on business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or US federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email when your order ships.

2. Shipping methods, costs and delivery times

The exact shipping cost for your order (free) is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Where orders ship from

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner and delivered to you by tracked standard shipping. You will never be charged customs duties, import fees or any other charge on delivery.

4. Tracking

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

5. Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, contact [email protected] within 14 days. We will work with the carrier and, if the package is not found, send a replacement or a full refund.

6. Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it at no charge once you confirm the correct address.

7. The PrepKit app

The PrepKit app is digital and is not shipped. Access details are sent by email after your order.
