Refund & Return Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase for a full refund of the product price.

1. How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the name and email used on the order.
  2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and send it to the return address below.

Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed.

2. Return address

Arvio Hive LLC
4972 W 7550 S
West Jordan, UT 84081
United States

We never require returns to be shipped outside the United States.

3. Return shipping costs

You pay return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund packages lost in transit back to us. We do not charge restocking fees.

4. Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post it. Shipping on your original order was free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.

5. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to return the item.

6. One-time orders

Orders on this Site are one-time purchases with no renewals, so there is nothing to cancel after your order ships. Each order is covered by this guarantee from the date it is delivered.

7. Order cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund before it ships by contacting us within 24 hours of ordering. Once shipped, it is handled as a return.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us first. One email gets you a refund under this guarantee, usually faster than a chargeback.
