Arvio Hive LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates https://saveyourfamily.org (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, survey or quiz answers, and order details when you buy, sign up for emails or texts, or contact support.
• Payment information: card details are entered on and processed by our checkout and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL and actions on the Site, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
• Information from partners: data from advertising and analytics partners about ads you saw or clicked.

2. How we use information

• To process and ship orders, provide access to the PrepKit app, handle returns and refunds, and provide customer support.
• To send order updates and, with your consent, marketing emails and text messages.
• To measure and improve the Site and our advertising.
• To prevent fraud and comply with law.

3. Cookies, pixels and advertising

We use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, and the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. These partners may collect information about your activity on the Site and other sites to show you relevant ads and measure results.

You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and of many interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

4. How we share information

We share personal information with service providers who help us run the business, including our website and checkout providers, payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, email and SMS providers, and advertising and analytics partners. We may also share information to comply with law, protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Text messages

If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

6. Your US state privacy rights (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information)

Depending on your state (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and others), you may have the right to:

• Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising.

We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. You may appeal a denied request by replying to our response.

7. Data retention and security

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
